Planning + Control

  • Do we need to hire a wedding planner or coordinator?

A planner or coordinator is not required. That said, many couples find that hiring an independent event manager is a helpful way to offload timeline management, vendor coordination, and day-of logistics—especially if they want a more hands-off experience.

  • Do you provide décor setup or styling?

Couples have full creative control over décor and styling. Décor plans simply need to align with venue guidelines outlined in the agreement to help protect the space for every event.

  • Who is responsible for cleanup?

Tamory Hall staff handle standard venue cleanup. Couples and vendors are responsible for removing all personal items, décor, and vendor materials by the end of the rental period so the space can be efficiently reset.

  • Who runs the ceremony?

Ceremony flow and cueing are led by the officiant, couple, or an independent coordinator. This allows the ceremony to remain personal, intentional, and guided by those who know the plans best.

Setup, Décor + Execution

  • Who handles setup and teardown?

Couples and their vendors handle all décor setup and teardown, allowing for complete creative freedom. Tamory Hall staff take care of venue-provided items such as tables, chairs, linens, and standard cleaning so the space is ready and reset smoothly.

  • What happens if we go past our rental time?

To ensure a smooth experience for all events, activities are expected to conclude within the contracted rental period. When available, extensions may be approved in advance and billed at an hourly rate.

  • Can we have a rehearsal at Tamory Hall?

Rehearsals are not included with the standard venue rental; however, additional venue access for rehearsals may be available by separate arrangement, subject to availability. Many couples choose to self-run rehearsals or work with an officiant or coordinator for guidance.

  • Can Tamory Hall make exceptions to policies?

Our policies are designed to create a consistent, predictable experience for every event. Any special requests must be reviewed and approved in writing ahead of time and cannot be guaranteed.

Event-Day Support Boundaries

Couples or their hired coordinator manage any vendor-related issues directly. This ensures decisions and adjustments are handled quickly by those closest to the contracts and event plan.
