Private Events at Tamory Hall

Tamory Hall offers 9,000 square feet of beautifully renovated event space with original hardwood floors, exposed brick and dreamy downtown Pella views. Every space of our venue is mindfully crafted for over 300 guests to gather, eat, drink, relax and celebrate. From birthday and graduation parties to baby and bridal showers, our event venue offers endless possibilities to cater to your vision.

Private Event Amenities

Whether you're planning a birthday party, baby shower, family reunion, or graduation celebration, finding the right event venue is crucial. At Tamory Hall, we prioritize amenities, venue flexibility and personalization to ensure your event is a success. Explore the dropdowns below to discover the amenities included with your private event rental, as well as additional options available to make your event seamless and unforgettable.

  • Included for up to 325 guests

  • For all things Tamory leading up to and the day of your event. From vendor recommendations and a customized floor plan, your Tamory Point of Contact will be alongside you to ensure your event comes together seamlessl. Your Tamory Point of Contact will also be present the day of your event to assist with room setup and to welcome your vendors and help them feel at home.

  • Standard linens are included in your rental with a choice of black, white or ivory.

  • The investment for bar services includes a $200 service fee and $25 per hour for bartenders. We recommend one bartender per 100 guests with a 4-hour minimum required.

  • China rental includes Tamory staff to clear and clean dishes. Rent individual pieces or choose from 6-piece place settings ($4.50 per setting) or 8-piece place settings ($5.50 per setting).

  • Some events may require additional space for storage, privacy or guest overflow. In addition to your venue rental, you may also rent our Lounge or Bridal Lounge for an additional $50 per hour.

    Our furnished Lounge provides a cozy, quiet space for guests to relax, chat or watch TV.

    Our furnished Bridal Lounge provides extra storage space, a quiet places for hosts or guests or a room to change or get ready.
